I'd put this under photo manipulation, but I've seen people get away with way worse and call it photography on here so what the hell may as well join them.

[notes: cuves, gradient to darken sky, vignetting, convert to sepia, border, brushes to create scratches, and I think that may be it]

I prefer the sepia to the color version you have. It has a retro look that is very appealing. In my opinion, keep it in the category you have it in now. I really like the subject and composition. Nice job!
